From 24–27 August 2026, the global offshore energy industry will gather in Stavanger, Norway, for ONS 2026—one of the world’s leading energy conferences and exhibitions. As Stavanger is also home to Netpower and the ChemCenter team, we’re delighted to welcome visitors to our hometown during one of the industry’s most important events.
ChemCenter will be attending ONS 2026 as part of the Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) international programme and will be available throughout the event in the International Markets NORWEP Hub in Hall 1.

One of Norway’s leading independent oil and gas companies, Vår Energi operates a broad portfolio of fields and infrastructure on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The company has a strong focus on safe, efficient and responsible operations, where effective chemical management plays an important role.
ChemCenter will initially be implemented across Vår Energi’s operated offshore installations, including the Goliat FPSO in the Barents Sea, the Jotun FPSO and Ringhorne platform in the Balder area, the Gjøa platform in the North Sea, as well as supporting onshore operations.
Developed specifically for the offshore industry, ChemCenter brings together chemical approvals, SDS management, risk assessments, substitution, exposure registration and reporting in one integrated solution. The software builds on Netpower’s long-standing experience in chemical management while addressing the complex workflows and regulatory requirements of offshore operators.
The agreement represents another important milestone for ChemCenter following its launch at ONS 2024, and we are delighted to welcome Vår Energi as a customer.

For many years, Netpower has helped organisations manage chemicals through Workplace Safety, our software for workplace chemical management. Developed in close collaboration with an operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, ChemCenter builds on that experience to address the unique requirements of offshore chemical management.
While development is still ongoing, the platform has reached a stage where we are excited to present it to other operators and contractors and gather valuable feedback from the industry.
