This page explains how chemcenter.io handles personal data, which cookies we use, and how you can change your choices.

1. Who is responsible

ChemCenter is a product of Netpower Business Solutions AS (org. no. 990 648 085), part of Netpower IT Group, Stokkamyrveien 13, 4313 Sandnes, Norway. Netpower Business Solutions AS is the data controller for chemcenter.io. Netpower IT Solutions AS (org. no. 982 375 681) is the processor.

2. What we process and why

We process this data when you use our website:

Server logs: IP address, URL and browser type (user agent). Kept for 14 days, for security and operations. Basis: legitimate interest.
Web forms: name, email, phone, organisation and message, submitted through the embedded Pipedrive web forms on this site. Sent to Pipedrive for follow-up.
Demo bookings: on /book-demo/, booking details entered into the embedded Calendly scheduler.

3. Cookies

Necessary cookies make the website work. With your consent we also use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Leadfeeder), and the contact form and booking calendar (Pipedrive, Calendly). Those forms and the calendar do not load until you accept Functional cookies.

4. Third parties and transfers

We share data with these third parties:

Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn Insight Tag).
Liidio Oy, Finland (EU), trading as Leadfeeder.
Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia (EU).
Calendly LLC, USA. Data is processed under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Legal basis

Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15) is the basis for statistics, marketing, and the Pipedrive form and Calendly calendar. Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) is the basis for server logs and necessary cookies. Contract or legitimate interest is the basis when you send us an enquiry.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Change your cookie choices

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no), if you think we process your data unlawfully.
