ChemCenter is replacing OKEA’s fragmented legacy tools – Chess, Dmaze and ChemiRisk – with one unified system that brings the chemical inventory, safety data sheets, risk assessments, chemical approvals, exposure registration and substitution into a single application.
The most critical function in this delivery was the chemical approval workflow. By combining user input from the approval process with system data – safety data sheets, regulatory frameworks and hazard lists – ChemCenter delivers efficient, audit-proof chemical management. The delivery also covered migration of chemical data from multiple legacy systems into ChemCenter as one true data source for chemical management.

We wanted to streamline and, where possible, automate the process of chemical management. Bringing all chemical management into one application, with a well-structured workflow for applications, risk assessments, case handling, and the chemical inventory, has been a clear objective. ChemCenter provides this, while also enabling easy integration with other applications and offering modern simplifications and customisations.
